Join Providence Supervisor Linda Q. Smyth, Board of Supervisors Chairman Sharon Bulova and members of the community to celebrate the long-awaited grand opening of the Providence Community Center (3001 Vaden Drive, Fairfax) on Saturday, Jan. 17, from 10 a.m. to noon.
The new 32,000 square-foot community center will be operated by the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services. The building will also be the new location for the Providence District Supervisor’s office.

The community center was designed and constructed with several green building features to minimize the facility’s environmental footprint. Green features include:
